Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome at College Hills West Apartments upon approval. PetScreening is required for all applicants and pets prior to approval.

A one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required before a pet is allowed in the apartment. A monthly pet rent of $25 per pet also applies.

For large breed dogs, a $600 one-time fee and $50 monthly pet rent will apply.

We have no breed restrictions; however, renter’s insurance may be required for certain canine breeds.
